Luau party ideas for my mom?

she is turning 41 and HATES over the hill!!! we have a pool with a fountain, water slide, diving board, and party deck. I already have a bunch of decorations. We also have a grill so we will probably grill stuff like burgers, and maybe grill shrimp.
we also have a place to burn a fire

Do you have Hawaiian music and costumes? Everyone needs a lei! (a flower necklace)
You could serve your drinks in hollowed coconuts and pineapples, with little umbrellas in them.
You could also have a limbo competition! Oh, I'm all excited now. I want to go to a Luau! Can I be invited?
