What type of decorations and scene setters should I have for a Luau Party?

Grass skirts, lei decor (the flower necklaces), maybe an umbrella made of grass for the table, if outside, put up tiki lanterns, if outside, hibiscus flowers look good, and liven it up with some hawaiian music

Scene Setters, Hawiian shirts, grass skirts, tiki’s and tiki torches! Umbrellas for drinks, cocoanut shells as cups, or tiki tumblers. Laais for everyone.
Hyacinth and jasmine flowers everywhere!

Pool side or at the beach is a must!! Also you should inculde leis (plastic or silk), hawaiian shirts, hula skirts, coconut bras, raffia, string lights, tiki torches & ukuleles.

I think, (since I live in Hawaii) that you should have, flower leis, grass trim around the tables, or Hawaiian print table cloth, tiki mugs, you can make kalua pork. That’s what they normally serve, um…. lets see… tiki torches, grass skirts for fun maybe, I am not too sure, I don’t know if you want fun or like, more adult party, kinda more sophisticated

You can search for party supplies on the web to get things like plastic leis, palm trees, table covers, and straw hats. It would also be fun to make your own leis out of crepe paper flowers. Have every one come in hawaiinan shirts. Get Bamboo mats for people to sit on. Have a water feature.
Search the web for recipies for authentic Hawiian dishes, and drinks. Have a blast!!
