i need it soon (3 weeks) and i like to get a good bargain. my daughter and her best friend are turning 16 at the beginning of october & i'm having their sweet 16 party. their theme is luau & beach, we live in florida! i want to spend more of my budget on food but i do want the decorations to be good too. i have found www.giantpartystore.com and www.themepartiesnmore.com. any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
